1) RANDOM DRAWING: ‘Highway Desperado’ Album Release Party Sweepstakes (the “Random Drawing”).

2) RANDOM DRAWING SPONSOR: Aldean Army, Jason Aldean, Sparkart Group, Inc., iHeart Media, and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of prizes, material and services related to this Random Drawing (collectively, “Sponsor and its Agents”).

3) ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the U.S. (except Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec) 13 years of age or older. 6) WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One hundred (100) winners will be chosen by random drawing. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on or about October 2, 2023 and potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (where lawful) within 7 days of the date of notification. If the Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release is not received within 7 days of the date of notification, the prize may be forfeited (at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents) and an alternate winner selected. If the potential winner is a resident of Canada, he/she may be required to correctly answer a skill question in order to receive the prize, and only potential winners who correctly answer the skill-testing question will be eligible to win and receive a prize. The skill-testing questions may be part of the entry process or the process in which the potential winner is notified and required to sign and return the paperwork specified above. In either case, the correct answer to the skill question must be submitted within the time limits set forth herein for the submission of the drawing entry or the winner paperwork, as applicable. 7) GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the random drawing or any website of the Sponsor and its Agents; (b) violating the Official Random Drawing Rules; (c) violating the terms of use, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any web site, fan club, or other service, or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass another entrant, Sponsor and its Agents, or any other person. 8) PRIZES: One hundred (100) chosen winners will receive two tickets to the iHeartCountry Album Release Party with Jason Aldean for his “Highway Desperado” album at the LA Theatre on October 4, 2023. There is no retail value associated with this prize. Travel, transportation, and lodging not included. Sponsor and its Agents make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded.  Limit of one prize per person, household and address.  Prizes will be delivered only to addresses in the United States or Canada. The timing and method of delivery of the prize will be determined as the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The winner shall bear all risks of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its Agents.  Prizes may not be transferred. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  If the prize includes the online posting of materials, including but not limited to photos, text, audio, video, animation, graphic art, illustration, etc., then the location and duration of such posting will be determined solely by Sponsor and its Agents. Prizes for which a minor has been selected may be awarded to his/her parent or legal guardian. 

9) GENERAL: Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right to cancel or modify the Random Drawing if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Random Drawing, or for any other reason or for no reason, as determined by the Sponsor and its Agents in their sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right to (but are not required to) award the prizes at random from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment or cancellation. Jason Aldean announced today that his highly-anticipated 11th studio album, HIGHWAY DESPERADO, will be released on November 3rd and is available for pre-save/pre-order now here.

The inspiration for the album’s title came from his latest sold-out headlining arena tour, as well as his early days as an artist. Aldean said, “I think when I look back on it, I built my career early on my live show, and have been on the road touring since I was 18 years old. For us, touring is our favorite part. Getting on the bus and going town to town and playing our shows and doing our thing and seeing the fans… the title for the tour and album was really inspired from that.”

HIGHWAY DESPERADO features fourteen total tracks, including Aldean’s breakthrough Hot 100 chart-topping single and current Top 10 Country radio hit, “Try That In A Small Town,” which has more than 120 million global streams to date. The album also features the newly released track “Let Your Boys Be Country,” as well as three tracks co-written by Aldean. He first introduced new music from the album in May with the release of the fan-appreciation anthem, “Tough Crowd,” at this year’s ACM Awards, where Aldean was an Entertainer of the Year nominee.

Jason unveiled the second location of Jason Aldean’s Kitchen and Rooftop Bar at the venue’s Grand Opening in Gatlinburg, TN, last night and celebrated the occasion with a surprise performance.

Jason and his family, along with the Mayor of Gatlinburg, the honorable Mike Werner, were all on hand to commemorate the opening as well as the 125 new jobs the bar is expected to deliver to the area. Jason kicked off the evening’s opening festivities with an official ribbon cutting and performed a 35-minute set that featured several of his #1 hits.

The new 21,000 sq foot venue includes three levels of southern comfort dishes, live music, a retail shop, and an expansive covered outdoor balcony-including the largest rooftop patio in the Smokey Mountains. Each level will contain photographs and showcase memorabilia from notable performances and videos. This venue is the second Jason Aldean’s Kitchen and Rooftop Bar location to open, after the original located in downtown Nashville, with additional not-yet-announced locations expected in late 2023.

What’s one thing that sets you apart from other Jason Aldean fans? I don’t know if it sets me apart or not, but I’m down to drive or fly anywhere across the country to go see the man put on a kick ass show.

Tell us your favorite Jason Aldean related story. Before I moved to Texas for work, one of my best friends who lives in Texas texted and said let’s go see him for the last country show at Globe Life Stadium in Arlington Texas. We bought our floor seats, and his pre-party bar package deal and patiently waited months for the show. In the meantime I saw where there was a drawing for meet and greets, I told her and she and I put out names in and I was drawn. It may have been only a moment spent but the dude was so down to earth and a real pleasure to meet. The concert was just the icing on the cake. When he came back a couple of years later to Dos Equis Pavilion in Dallas we were front row the whole show and it was a great night! I love going to concerts and don’t go to as many as I’d like, but you can bet if Jason is coming though I’m going to Make an effort to be there. I can’t wait for him to head back to the DFW Metroplex and rock another sold out show.

I surprised my husband for his 50th birthday by taking him to our first Aldean concert in Burgettstown, PA last summer. He had mentioned how if he could go to any one concert it would be Jason Aldean. To add to the fun, I also arranged for his best buddies to fly up from FL to surprise him and join us for the concert. It was our first Aldean concert and we had the absolute best time! We loved it so much that we bought tickets to this Friday night’s concert in Cincinnati, OH. We decided to make it a family memory and are taking our four teenagers and their significant others in celebration of our oldest son’s 19th birthday. We are all so pumped for the concert! The kids have been playing Aldean non-stop.

9) GROUNDS FOR DISQUALIFICATION: Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual deemed to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the contest or any website of the Sponsor and its Agents; (b) violating the Official Contest Rules; (c) violating the terms of use, conditions of use and/or general rules or guidelines of any web site, fan club, or other service, or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass another entrant, Sponsor and its Agents, or any other person. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10) PRIZES: One (1) chosen winner will receive a Highway Desperado Tour Tee and a $50 gift card to the online Jason Aldean Official Store. This prize has an estimated retail value of $85.00. Sponsor and its Agents make no representations or warranties of any kind concerning the appearance, performance or safety of any prize awarded.  Limit of one prize per person, household and address. Prizes will be delivered only to addresses in the United States or Canada. The timing and method of delivery of the prize will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents.  Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner selected.  The winner shall bear all risks of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its Agents.  Prizes may not be transferred. All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of any prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  If the prize includes the online posting of materials, including but not limited to photos, text, audio, video, animation, graphic art, illustration, etc., then the location and duration of such posting will be determined solely by Sponsor and its Agents. Prizes for which a minor has been selected may be awarded to his/her parent or legal guardian.

11) GENERAL: Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right to cancel or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Contest, or for any other reason or for no reason, as determined by the Sponsor and its Agents in their sole discretion.  In such event, Sponsor and its Agents reserve the right to (but are not required to) award the prizes at random from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment or cancellation. By entering, you:  (a) agree to release the Sponsor and its Agents from all liability, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind arising from your participation in the Contest and the acceptance, possession and use/misuse of any prize; (b) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and its Agents; and (c) give your express permission to be contacted by Sponsor and its Agents by email, mail or phone. By submitting an entry, you further consent to the use of your name, address, image, voice, likeness, statements, biographical material, as well as any additional photographic images, video images, portraits, interviews or other materials relating to you and arising out of your participation in this Contest (with or without using your name) in any media, whether now known or hereafter invented, throughout the world for any purpose whatsoever, without limitation, and without additional review, compensation, or approval from you or any other party (except if winner is a resident of Tennessee or where otherwise prohibited by law). If you are selected as a winner, prior to receiving the prize, you must agree to sign an affidavit to such effect, unless the winner is a resident of Tennessee or otherwise where prohibited by law. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes applicable to the acceptance and use of his/her prize. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Contest is governed by laws of the United States and all claims must be resolved in the United States. You further agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of California or the appropriate California State Court located in San Francisco County, California. Should any of the provisions of the Official Contest Rules be found to be invalid or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, that portion shall be deemed severed or restricted and the remainder of the Contest Rules shall remain in full force and effect.  The failure of Sponsor and its Agents to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12) RELEASE: You release, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Sponsor and its Agents, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against all claims (know and unknown), liabilities, injuries, death, loss and/or damages of any kind arising from your participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession or use or misuse of the prize.  You assume all risks associated with the Contest or use or misuse of the prize, and you agree that the Released Parties will not be responsible or liable for any injury, harm, death, damages, costs or expenses.
