I’m 100% a city girl, but my love for country music started with Jason’s music at age 12 and now my 2 year old enjoys it with me.

Jason Aldean is bringing “Nashville’s kinda party” to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip with the highly anticipated opening of Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar! The restaurant and bar will open to the public on Monday, December 2nd, with a grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony and red carpet set for Thursday, December 5th.

“I’ve always loved Las Vegas because it’s unique and has an energy like nowhere else,” said Aldean. “People are ready to have a good time and celebrate. I want this to be a spot where people come to kick back, enjoy great music, awesome food, and create good memories.”

Prizes will be delivered only to addresses in the United States or Canada. The timing and method of delivery of the prize will be determined as the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents. Tell us your favorite Jason Aldean related story. I have so many! My favorite was probably the time that my friend and I got lost before the show and ended up right next to Jason’s tour bus. It must have been pretty early too since we didn’t see any security. We did not want to disturb him before the show and wanted to be respectful but it was that moment of excitement of knowing we were so close.

Tell us your favorite Jason Aldean related story. Mine would have to be May 14th, 2014 the day I drove over 10 hours meet Jason. Other than giving birth to my kids, it was the best day of my life! Jason’s music had just pulled me through some really hard times. It honestly was the chance of a lifetime. Thanks Aldean Army for fulfilling a dream of mine.

1) CONTEST: Virtual Meet & Greet Aldean Army Contest (the “Contest”).

2) CONTEST SPONSOR: Jason Aldean, The Aldean Army, Maverick, Sparkart Group, Inc., and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of prizes, material and services related to this Contest (collectively, “Sponsor and its Agents”).

3) INTRODUCTION: For good and valuable consideration (including, without limitation, the possibility of publicity), the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, you are submitting certain design(s), illustrations, logos, artwork, photographs, videos, animation, writings, proposed product and/or brand names, idea(s), concept(s), communication(s), programming code, and/or other material(s) (the “Submission”) as part of your entry to the Contest upon the following express understandings and conditions.

4) ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the U.S. (except Puerto Rico) and Canada (excluding Quebec) 13 years of age or older. (a) You acknowledge and agree that you have no right of approval or consultation with respect to Sponsor and its Agent’s use of the Submission.

(b) You agree to provide the Submission at no cost to Sponsor and its Agents or any other party.

(c) You represent and warrant, and agree to further do so in writing, that you possess all necessary rights and authority to grant, transfer and convey to Sponsor and its Agents all the rights herein granted.

(d) You represent and warrant, and agree to further do so in writing, that the Submission is wholly original with you and does not and will not violate the right of privacy or publicity of, or constitute a defamation against any person or entity and that it does not and will not infringe upon or violate the copyright, contract rights, proprietary rights, or common law rights or any other rights of any other person or entity.

(e) You represent and warrant, and agree to further do so in writing, that the Submission has not been entered into a previous contest or has received any awards and has also not been published previously in any medium.

(f) You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its Agents and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or resulting from possession or use in any manner of the Submission.

8) WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be chosen, at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents, who will review and judge the Submissions privately based on the submission criteria, which includes components of skill and chance. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on or about November 1, 2024, and potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (where lawful) within 7 days of the date of notification, in which the winner will acknowledge that the Submission is a “work for hire” and will irrevocably transfer to the Sponsor and its Agents any and all rights, title, goodwill and interest in and to the Submission, including without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks and waive all moral rights in such Submission.  If the Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release is not received within 7 days of the date of notification, the prize may be forfeited (at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents) and an alternate winner selected. Prizes will be delivered only to addresses in the United States or Canada. The timing and method of delivery of the prize will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents.  Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner selected.  The winner shall bear all risks of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered. No prize substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and its Agents.  Prizes may not be transferred. Jason Aldean and TC Restaurant Group are teaming up to bring Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar to the Las Vegas Strip this fall 2024! The venue will bring its signature combination of live music, Southern comfort food and one-of-a-kind memorabilia.

Located at 63 CityCenter at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue, the two-story venue will feature two music stages with regular live performances and will include a 250+-seat main dining area, seven bars, an elevated VIP bottle service section, and a spectacular outdoor elliptical patio offering unparalleled views of the Strip.

Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar will showcase menu items inspired by Aldean’s favorites, including “Jason’s Mac and Cheese” and “Grandma’s Pot Roast,” from the Aldean’s family recipe book, along with their famous peach cobbler and a 32 oz. tomahawk ribeye that was named Nashville’s best steak by Tige & Danie of The Big 98. The bar will also feature TEABIRD, Aldean’s co-owned brand of hard sweet tea. A key feature of the venue will be memorabilia hand-picked by Aldean, including record plaques of his best-selling songs including “Dirt Road Anthem,” “Any ‘Ol Barstool” and “My Kinda Party,” as well as guitars and personal photos. Guests will find plenty of picture-worthy moments, such as the venue’s centerpiece Tractor Bar, which boasts a vintage 4020 John Deere Tractor, an homage to Aldean’s multi-Platinum No. 1 hit song, “Big Green Tractor.”

Establishing a home for country music on the Strip, it will feature a live on-air iHeartRadio studio on location, recording daily interviews with various musicians and celebrities who will often take to the stage for impromptu performances, creating an ever-changing lineup of live entertainment.

1) CONTEST: Virtual Meet & Greet Aldean Army Contest (the “Contest”).

2) CONTEST SPONSOR: Jason Aldean, The Aldean Army, Maverick, Sparkart Group, Inc., and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, suppliers of prizes, material and services related to this Contest (collectively, “Sponsor and its Agents”).

(a) You acknowledge and agree that you have no right of approval or consultation with respect to Sponsor and its Agent’s use of the Submission.

(b) You agree to provide the Submission at no cost to Sponsor and its Agents or any other party.

(c) You represent and warrant, and agree to further do so in writing, that you possess all necessary rights and authority to grant, transfer and convey to Sponsor and its Agents all the rights herein granted.

(d) You represent and warrant, and agree to further do so in writing, that the Submission is wholly original with you and does not and will not violate the right of privacy or publicity of, or constitute a defamation against any person or entity and that it does not and will not infringe upon or violate the copyright, contract rights, proprietary rights, or common law rights or any other rights of any other person or entity.

(e) You represent and warrant, and agree to further do so in writing, that the Submission has not been entered into a previous contest or has received any awards and has also not been published previously in any medium.

(f) You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor and its Agents and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands and expenses (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or resulting from possession or use in any manner of the Submission.

8) WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: One (1) winner will be chosen, at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents, who will review and judge the Submissions privately based on the submission criteria, which includes components of skill and chance. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone on or about September 1, 2024, and potential winners may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release (where lawful) within 7 days of the date of notification, in which the winner will acknowledge that the Submission is a “work for hire” and will irrevocably transfer to the Sponsor and its Agents any and all rights, title, goodwill and interest in and to the Submission, including without limitation, all copyrights, trademarks and waive all moral rights in such Submission.  If the Affidavit of Eligibility and Publicity/Liability Release is not received within 7 days of the date of notification, the prize may be forfeited (at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents) and an alternate winner selected. Prizes will be delivered only to addresses in the United States or Canada. The timing and method of delivery of the prize will be determined at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its Agents.  Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternate winner selected.  The winner shall bear all risks of loss or damage to prize after it has been delivered.
