JASON ALDEAN’S KITCHEN + BAR GRAND OPENING IN LAS VEGAS ON DECEMBER 5

Jason Aldean is bringing “Nashville’s kinda party” to the heart of the Las Vegas Strip with the highly anticipated opening of Jason Aldean’s Kitchen + Bar! The restaurant and bar will open to the public on Monday, December 2nd, with a grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony and red carpet set for Thursday, December 5th.

“I’ve always loved Las Vegas because it’s unique and has an energy like nowhere else,” said Aldean. “People are ready to have a good time and celebrate. I want this to be a spot where people come to kick back, enjoy great music, awesome food, and create good memories.”

The venue is located on the Las Vegas Strip at 63 CityCenter, at the corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Harmon Avenue. Guests can look forward to an authentic Nashville experience with high-energy live entertainment, elevated Southern comfort food, and unparalleled views. The 22,500 square feet space includes two live music stages, six bars and a sprawling outdoor terrace overlooking the Strip, VIP experiences, and everything in between.

The bar menu will host a curated selection of local and national drafts alongside handcrafted cocktails named after Jason’s biggest hits. And the Southern-inspired menu is packed with comfort food classics and bold flavors, straight from the Aldean family cookbook, such as:

• Grandma’s Pot Roast: braised fork-tender beef roast, mashed potatoes and roasted carrots with charred cipollini onions
• Mama Aldean’s Peach Cobbler: served with vanilla bean ice cream and topped with caramel

“This menu is personal to me,” said Aldean. “My mom was an amazing cook and there’s no way I could open this place without her food such as her peach cobbler. As for the venue, it was important to me to add my personal touches and I hope people love it.”
